About Our Team
Hello! We’re Steve and Janis Williams of CitruSolution Carpet Cleaning of Athens, and we take pride in delivering reliable cleaning services for carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Our business is locally owned and family-run, and we have established a reputation for providing friendly service and consistently delivering results.
Steve, originally from the mountains of Helen, GA, and Janis, who grew up along the coast in Savannah, first met on a blind date. They married in 2000, and since then their story has grown to include four wonderful children, a daughter-in-law, and three beloved dogs. Family has always been at the heart of everything they do—and that same sense of care carries into their work.
Before starting with CitruSolution, Steve and Janis spent 14 years running a landscape maintenance company. In 2009, Steve was introduced to the CitruSolution cleaning method and saw an opportunity to bring it to their community. After selling the landscaping business, they transitioned full-time into carpet cleaning and steadily expanded their territory.
Today, their team proudly serves a wide region, from Covington to Lake Oconee and surrounding areas, including Monroe, Social Circle, Newton County, Morgan County, Putnam, and Greene County. In January 2025, their oldest son, Parker, joined the business as they added a new franchise covering Athens, Clarke, and Oconee County.
The Williams family loves what they do—meeting new people, maintaining trusted relationships, and delivering a carpet cleaning service that stands out for being both effective and eco-friendly. They remain active members of the Chamber of Commerce in Newton, Walton, Greene, and Oconee Counties, and are committed to providing every client with honest, dependable service.
